Walk: We'll work with your continuous improvement team to
objectively assess your workplace in terms of hazards and waste.
The program provides the greatest benefit when focusing on a job or
area where your facility has the biggest safety and efficiency
concerns.
Solve: We'll use lean problem-solving fundamentals to
address the waste and hazards we find. Solutions we propose might
include product changes, standard work recommendations, and visual
tools to ensure easy adoption.
Implement: We'll assist with implementing changes we agree
upon and make sure they are working for your employees. This might
include formal employee surveys, training on changes, and optimized
placement of product relative to tasks.
Check: We'll practice continuous improvement by following
up to make sure solutions are having the desired impact. We'll also
begin to apply the process to other areas of your facility.
